Job summary

A support service provider in Christchurch, Dorset is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include daily care, encouraging engagement in activities, and assisting with personal care. A strong background in health and social care is required, as well as a full UK manual driving licence. This role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a supportive team environment.

Job Title: Female Support Worker Reporting to: Team Leader Hours: 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:50am-4:20pm Locations: Christchurch, Dorset

Important Note

Due to the current demands on the service and to meet the specific care needs of the individuals supported, we require a female Support Worker for this role. This requirement is in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
