A social care employer in North Kesteven is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young man with autism and epilepsy. The role includes personal care, meal preparation, and supporting medication routines. The job is part-time, requiring 15 hours a week with flexible hours. Previous experience with epilepsy is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided, and a DBS check is required.

About the Employer
A content young, non verbal, adult male who is autistic, routine oriented, has epilepsy and learning disabilities. He is noise sensitive. Requires a caring, experienced team player to join our team.
Working hours: 15 hours per week every Tuesday 6.45am-5pm and then either Monday or Friday working a half day - (flexible to you- 5 hours, am or pm, to be agreed) one Sunday a month; on that week you will only work the Tuesday and Sunday.

The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects and / or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
