Are you patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented? We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in TF9, supporting three wonderful individuals in a warm, person‑centred environment. If you enjoy working as part of a team and value consistency, humour, and meaningful routines, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in care is helpful but not essential – what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confident drivers with an automatic licence

  • Detail‑oriented, especially around routines and consistency

Hours & Rotas

Day Shifts: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm / 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm / 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. Sleep‑In Shifts: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work‑life balance.
