Job summary

HomeCare Direct in Drayton, United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Female Support Worker to deliver person-centred care to a male client with daily living needs. You will support with personal care, mobility, and community activities, helping him live independently while respecting his routines.

This role offers a fixed shift pattern from Monday 2pm to the following Monday 2pm, with 168 hours across a week-on / 3 weeks off cycle, averaging around 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Care experience essential in daily living support.
• Full clean UK driving licence required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; HomeCare Direct does not offer sponsorship.
• Non-smoker preferred.
• Friendly, patient and well organized.

Our client is looking for an active individual who enjoys socialinteraction. He is a gentleman in his adult years, and he lives in his own homewith his wife and two teenage children. He requires support with daily livingas he suffered a spinal injury several years ago. He enjoys socialising,watching TV, visiting coffee shops, lunch out, and going for drives in his car.

The idealcandidate would have similar interests as our client enjoys having things incommon to talk about with his staff team.
