Overview

Female Support Worker - Person-Centred Role in B64 (Cradley Heath)

Location: B64 - Cradley Heath (Just a 9min Walk From Old Hill, Cradley Heath Train Station)

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift

Gender Requirement: Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)

Support Overview

Support Type: 1:1 and occasional 2:1

Shift Pattern (Set Rota):

  1. Week 1:
  • Wednesday: 7:30am-9:30pm
  • Thursday: 12pm-9:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am-2:30pm
  • Sunday: 2:30pm-9:30pm
  • Week 2:
    • Monday: 7:30am-9:30pm
    • Wednesday: 7:30am-9:30pm
    • Thursday: 12pm-9:30pm
    Support Needs
    • Personal care
    • Meal preparation
    • Medication administration (diabetes experience desirable)
    • No hoist or wheelchair use
    • No support in eating required
