Female Support Worker - Person-Centred Role in B64 (Cradley Heath)
Location: B64 - Cradley Heath (Just a 9min Walk From Old Hill, Cradley Heath Train Station)
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Gender Requirement: Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)

You'll be supporting a woman who enjoys a calm, structured lifestyle with meaningful routines. She loves:

Support Overview
Support Type: 1:1 and occasional 2:1
Shift Pattern (Set Rota):
- Week 1:
- Wednesday: 7:30am-9:30pm
- Thursday: 12pm-9:30pm
- Saturday: 7:30am-2:30pm
- Sunday: 2:30pm-9:30pm
Week 2:
- Monday: 7:30am-9:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-9:30pm
- Thursday: 12pm-9:30pm
Support Needs
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration (diabetes experience desirable)
- No hoist or wheelchair use
- No support in eating required

Essential Qualities:
- Female support worker (GOR applies)
- Active and creative personality
- Strong focus and vigilance
- Good cooking skills

- Experience with diabetes is desirable but not essential
