We're expanding in Clydebank!! If you're looking for job satisfaction and a career where no two days are the same, this could be just the one!

Our team is on the lookout for motivated and creative female colleagues with a positive attitude to join them as Support Practitioners on a full-time, permanent basis.

You don’t need previous experience in care to join our team as a Support Practitioner – we recruit based on your values and transferable skills and will provide all the training you need to succeed, including the opportunity to complete your SVQ.

The Role

Our supported individuals have diverse needs, including Mental Health challenges, learning disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries, addictions and past trauma. As a Support Practitioner in a trauma‑aware practice, you’ll play a vital role in empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.

As a Support Practitioner you will assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling and personal care. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take an active interest in the hobbies and passions of those we support. Whether it’s discovering new opportunities, encouraging social connections, learning new skills or reducing isolation, you’ll help individuals lead the lives they choose.

Shift Patterns

Our new team will provide 24/7 support, including early shifts starting at 7:30 am, late shifts, sleepovers and potentially waking nights. Start and finish times may vary as the individuals settle into their new routines. The role will also include working weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

The sleepover part of your shift is not included in your contracted hours, so for every sleep you cover you will receive an additional £90.40 in your pay.
