Job summary

A support service provider in Stokesley is seeking a Female Support Assistant to offer 13.5 hours per week of support to a lady with ME for her independent living. The role includes transport to appointments, light chores, and assistance with paperwork. Ideal candidates will have home care experience, a driving licence, and must possess a DBS check. Job Summary

A Female Support Assistant is required for 13.5 hours per week to support a lady who has ME with her independent living.

Hours & Flexibility

The hours are fairly flexible and a mix of morning or afternoon shifts, although hours on Thursday afternoons are required to support the lady to her yoga therapy class, and Tuesday's once a month to attend support group.

Usual hours are from 8-8.30 am (mornings)or from 12-12.30 pm (afternoon)

Pay & Leave

The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour with 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)

Requirements
  • It is essential that the PA must be a driver with own vehicle, and that they are patient, understanding, flexible with a sense of humour.
  • A DBS is required for this position

  • Home care: 2 years (preferred)
  • Language: English (preferred)
  • Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
