A leading supported living service provider in Rutherglen seeks a part-time Female Supervisor to lead and inspire a dedicated team. You will oversee care delivery for adults with complex needs, manage support plans, and ensure compliance with standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in mentoring and leadership, along with knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,571.00 - £28,456.00 per annum pro rata.
