Next Link Plus in Bristol is seeking a Female* Intern Safe House Support Worker for a full-time, fixed-term role based in Bristol. You will work 37.5 hours per week, including on-call duties and some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy to NVQ 2 or equivalent.
• Empathy with victims of domestic abuse and vulnerable women.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate with colleagues using MS Office.
• Be available for on-call rota and regular evening/weekend shifts.
• Current full driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment of women and families referred to the service.
• Carry out risk assessments and co-produce safety plans.
• Conduct needs assessments to establish support needs and enable timely support.
• Develop and deliver move-on plans with service users.
