A community support organization in Brighton is seeking a Female Recovery Worker to support women facing challenges such as homelessness and mental health issues. The position involves providing person-centred support and participating in activity development. The role requires a commitment to working rotating shifts and bank holidays. Please note, due to the nature of the service, it is an occupational requirement that the post holder is female and the post is therefore exempt from the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 in terms of Schedule 9, Part 1, and Paragraph 1 of the Act.
Location : This residential site, located in Brighton, benefits from great transport links, with Hove Station and several local bus routes nearby. Kindly be aware that step free access is not available at this service.
Shift Pattern : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts of 08 : 00 - 16 : 00, 10 : 00 - 18 : 00, and 14 : 30 - 22 : 00. You will be required to work bank holidays as part of a rota, in line with the needs of the service.
