Employment and Hours

Employment status: employed

Hours per week: 2 hour shift, 1-2 days per week (morning shifts are preferable, but can be flexible).

Hourly pay rate: £13 per hour. Enhanced rate £14 per hour. Mileage paid at 40p a mile

Role Description

I am a independent, bright, and friendly woman, looking for a reliable, like minded female personal assistant to assist me with personal care tasks and some general household duties. I am ambulant but struggle with day-to-day tasks. I enjoy the natural world and also have an interest in current affairs.

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Gardening
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Laundry
  • Changing and making bed linen
  • Minor household maintenance e.g. changing light bulbs, taking down curtains for washing
  • Taking out rubbish
  • Assistance with food prep
  • Supervision and/or assistance with showering, hair washing /drying as required
  • Help getting into and out of bath/shower as required
  • To be on call when employer takes bath
  • Assistance with applying creams
  • Help to remind me to take my medication and drink water
  • Accompany employer to doctors / hospital appointments when required

Additional requirements
