I am mum to a teenage girl with autism, learning difficulties, and a pending diagnosis of ADHD. My daughter suffered a stroke when she was born which has resulted in epilepsy caused by a brain injury. My daughter struggles with transitions and she can sometimes present with challenging behaviour as a result, but she is very sociable and friendly. She is vulnerable and therefore needs close supervision, and while epilepsy training will be provided, this is currently well managed. I am looking for a kind, caring PA who has experience working with children with special needs, to give me a break from my caring role, which will allow me to spend some quality time with my other child.
