Job summary

Equinox Bishopsgate in London is seeking a Female Locker Room Associate to maintain clean, stocked locker rooms and provide exceptional service to members and guests.

You will clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise and coat rooms, keep towels stocked, assist with events, and report urgent maintenance needs. A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to service athletic equipment and handle cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Female Locker Room Associate to join the Equinox Bishopsgate team.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure that the Female locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the locker room
• Assist with special events
• Notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention

• Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
