Job summary
Noble Live-In Care is recruiting a Female Live-in Care Assistant to provide compassionate domestic support across the UK. You will drive the client, prepare meals and assist with daily routines in the client’s home, with live-in accommodation provided.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, UK care experience, and a willingness to travel to placements. Two-week live-in placements are common, with a two weeks on/off cycle and travel costs paid.
Qualifications
- We be female, due to the client’s personal care requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be confident and willing to drive the client as required
- Have at least six months of care experience gained in the UK
- Be able to work a minimum two-week live-in placement without returning home
- Be willing to travel to placements across the UK
- Be confident planning, preparing and cooking meals
- Have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
- Be compassionate, resilient, reliable and comfortable working independently
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Driving the client to appointments, activities and social outings
- Planning, preparing and cooking suitable meals
- Supporting with medication where required
- Shopping and completing light household tasks
- Helping the client remain as active and independent as possible
- Providing reassurance and support throughout the placement
