Job summary

Chinite Home Care limited is seeking a Part-time Female Carer in Darlington to support clients with daily living activities and care plans. You will travel to clients' homes, provide companionship, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate with families and team members.
• Drive to clients' homes as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
