Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member at our Guildford gym. You will contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by cleaning and preparing areas, assisting customers, and following established cleaning procedures.

You will interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly way, use specialist cleaning equipment, and support a wide range of tasks from changing rooms to poolside areas as needed. A female-only clause applies to the changing rooms as stated.

Qualifications

• Friendly nature and good communication skills.
• Well organised and able to plan work with guidance from a Team Leader.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep areas clean, pleasant and safe.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Take pride in your work and care for customers.
• Use cleaning equipment safely (scrubber dryer, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Assist with waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
• Support a safe, clean changing rooms, showers and poolside area.
