Job summary

Avant Healthcare Services Limited is seeking Care and Support Workers to provide compassionate in-home care in the Sutton area. The role offers flexible zero-hours contracts with some guaranteed hours in certain cases, increasing options for local work and travel.

We provide free PPE, ongoing training, and a supportive management structure. Duties include personal care, practical assistance, and helping clients with daily activities, with a focus on reliability and a nurturing approach.

• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as assist with showering/bathing, dressing, medication.
• Practical support such as laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals and accompanying clients to shops/doctors/events.
• Specialized care to support people with particular needs.
• Assistance with everyday tasks and household duties.
