Job summary

Bluebird Care Durham North in Sunderland is seeking a dedicated Female Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred support in customers' homes. You will help with daily living activities, promote independence, and work either independently or as part of a supportive team.

The role includes flexible shifts with strong training, paid travel time, and opportunities to progress in health and social care qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to commit to working alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
