Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a carer to support clients across Sandwell, Tipton, Walsall, Wednesbury, West Bromwich and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, medication administration, and meals, with visits to clients in their own homes and travel between appointments.

Flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights are available, with every other weekend off to promote work-life balance. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to enable travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and home-based support preferred.
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of supporting clients with meals and medications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, meals, and medications in their own homes.
• Travel between client visits using own transport when required.
• Assist with daily activities and monitor wellbeing.
