Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our female service users to live independently with dignity and confidence. No two days are the same you'll be making a difference both at home and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with daily living and personal care
  • Promoting independence dignity and choice
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies and social activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation household tasks and medication
  • Supporting mobility and rehabilitation following hospital stays
Additional Support You’ll Provide
  • Companionship and social interaction
  • Medication collection and reminders
  • Nutrition and mealtime assistance
  • Housekeeping and light cleaning
  • Mobility support and safe use of aids
  • Health observation and reporting
