Job summary

Pennard Vets in Sevenoaks is building a brand new, ISFM Gold-eligible hospital and seeks a dedicated RVN who genuinely loves cats to grow our feline caseload. You’ll join a leadership team that cares about clinical depth and staff wellbeing.

While we grow the feline caseload, you’ll continue to nurse dogs and rabbits and enjoy strong CPD support, flexible working, and a comprehensive benefits package designed for animal lovers.

Qualifications

• RVN with 2+ years post-qualification experience and a real interest in feline medicine.
• Genuine love of cats and care for their wellbeing.
• Willingness to nurse dogs/rabbits while growing the feline caseload.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of cats across the hospital from layout to client conversations.
• Lead our journey to ISFM Gold accreditation and maintain it.
• Coach the team on feline-friendly handling until it’s second nature.
• Support referral-level cases under specialists’ instruction.
• Run feline nurse clinics – weight, dental, senior, behaviour.
