Job summary

George's Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor for the Long Street facility to oversee the production of high-quality poultry feed. You will manage mill team members, ensure accurate ingredient sampling, and verify incoming weights while addressing discrepancies.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or Bachelor's in Poultry/Animal Science) and 3+ years in feed mill operations, with strong verbal and written communication. MS Outlook, Excel, and Word experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or related field; 3+ years in feed mill operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Preferred: Previous supervisory experience.
