Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in FEED, concept, feasibility, or optioning phases.
- Strong governance, design assurance, and risk management knowledge.
- Proven stakeholder management with senior technical/programme influence.
- Knowledge of systems engineering, value management, requirements management, and technology readiness assessments.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it with professional institution membership.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across nuclear projects during FEED at Sellafield.
- Shape engineering strategies, define project scopes, manage requirements.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration among engineering, safety, operations and stakeholders.
- Oversee scope definition, requirements management, option development, TRL assessments, and project development to Gate 2 readiness.
