Job summary

Crimestoppers is seeking a motivated Fearless Youth Coordinator to deliver its Fearless and Bystander Approach programmes across Cardiff, helping young people make informed decisions about crime, safety and reporting concerns.

You will design and deliver interactive workshops in secondary schools, PRUs and youth settings, build strong partnerships with education providers, youth organisations, local authorities and police, and identify opportunities to extend the reach of the Fearless programme

Crimestoppers is looking for a motivated and engaging Fearless Youth Coordinator to deliver its Fearless and Bystander Approach programmes across Cardiff, helping young people make informed decisions about crime, safety and reporting concerns. In this varied and rewarding role, you will design and deliver interactive workshops in secondary schools, PRUs and youth settings, build strong partnerships with education providers, youth organisations, local authorities and police, and identify opportunities to extend the reach of the Fearless programme across the city.

FTC until March 2027 | Full time | Based in Cardiff, with travel| £28,186 | DBS required
