Job summary

A skills development agency in Tyseley is looking for a Lead Sourcing Consultant to help individuals through Bootcamp training programs. The role requires sourcing leads, assessing potential applicants for programs, and providing guidance on career paths. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a university degree. In this particular role, you'll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put them forward to one of your many Bootcamp courses

Job Description
  • Calling new prospects after sourcing their CVs.
  • Helping as many people as possible within the field of skills development and Bootcamp training.
  • Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with suitable Bootcamps or live vacancies.
  • Screening and short-listing candidates before clients meet them.
  • Meeting quotas towards overall company targets and goals set by your team leader.
  • Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on training and development opportunities within the establishment.
  • Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods.
  • Identifying suitable career paths within your quota and discerning what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers into training and work (for example: childcare, travel, finance), identifying Bootcamps and training opportunities, and signposting to other departments.
