Responsibilities

This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and continued success of our Meeting and Events business. This role bridges the gap between finance and operations, helping our business leaders make informed decisions while ensuring financial health and sustainable growth. The core responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner are overseeing the financial management, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, providing regular reporting and business partnering with several key stakeholders across EMEA.

Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
  • Experience in identifying risks, and implementing controls to minimise risk
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across departments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good awareness of BI / data
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
