Morson Talent is recruiting experienced FCAW Welders for naval, marine and shipbuilding projects across Belfast and Methil and North Devon. You will perform FCAW welding on structural steel within demanding naval environments, following drawings, and ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Opportunities include long-term roles with the potential for extension, with variable hours up to 60 per week depending on project needs. Travel allowances may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with FCAW welding on naval/marine structures.
• Background in shipbuilding, marine, offshore or heavy engineering.

• Welds FCAW on structural steel and assemblies.
• Reads and works from engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Ensures welding meets required quality and safety standards.
• Works safely within a heavy engineering environment.
