Zusammenfassung

Fair Finance is seeking a Customer Complaints Advisor based in London with hybrid working. You will manage complaints, ensuring timely, fair handling in line with FCA principles and maintaining CRM records. You’ll liaise with various business units to resolve issues and provide monthly reporting to ExCo and the Board.

The role offers full-time permanent employment, with salary around £32,000 per year, training provided, and opportunities to influence customer outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Train staff to recognise and report complaints following company procedures.
• Ensure complaints are resolved in line with FCA principles and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date records and complaint status in the CRM database.
• Analyse monthly complaints data for ExCo, Board meetings and regulatory reporting.
