Qualifications

  • Experience handling own caseload of litigated claims either as defendant or claimant.
  • Understanding of case law and litigation practice.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Fast Track work while meeting Court deadlines.
  • Undertake telephone discussions and negotiations with all parties.
  • Draft Court documents and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Skills

Handling own caseload of litigated claims
Understanding of case law and litigation practice
Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Office)

Education

5 GCSEs grade C/5 or equivalent including maths and English
