Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast track nine month Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. As an Early Years Apprentice you will work four days a week in our nursery, with one day at our Learning Hub completing structured learning toward your Level 3 qualification.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to develop the skills to become a qualified Early Years Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for working with children
• Commitment to completing the nine-month apprenticeship
• GCSE English and Maths or Functional Skills required
• UK resident for the last three years; sponsorship not offered

Responsibilities

• Care for babies and children up to age 5 through play-based learning
• Support learning, development and wellbeing through everyday interactions
• Balance four days in nursery with one day at Learning Hub for structured learning toward Level 3
