You will rotate through departments, learn stock control, and develop relationships with trade customers while shadowing senior managers to build leadership capability. A strong drive and practical problem-solving are encouraged.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• No experience required; we hire for potential, drive and attitude.
• Willingness to work Mon-Fri with Saturday mornings as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn core business across warehouse, stock control and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with trade customers and manage sales at the counter.
• Shadow Branch Managers to learn financial management and leadership.
