Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries invites applications for our Bee the Future Fast Track Apprenticeship Academy Hubs to start an Early Years career. This enhanced apprenticeship combines group workshops, mentoring and hands-on nursery experience, helping you achieve the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and launch a lasting career.

You’ll train over about 12 months across a hub, rotate through different age groups, receive support from coaches, and progress toward a permanent role at a local Busy

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent Level 2 functional skills.
• A Level 2 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• UK residency eligibility for apprenticeship funding (minimum three consecutive years).
• Willingness to travel to a local Busy Bees nursery after hub placement.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
• Maintain high safeguarding standards.
• Complete your apprenticeship training within the expected timeframe of 12 months.
