• Manage vehicle claims end-to-end.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with all stakeholders.
• Use software to record and maintain claim information.
• Ensure claims progress in line with KPIs.
• Provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed all SLAs.
