Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Evesham is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Vale Business Park site. This is a hands‑on role in a busy warehouse, with picking and packing customer orders, loading/unloading goods and general duties. Shifts are Monday to Friday on rotating start times: 7:30am–3:30pm or 10:00am–6:00pm.

You will need to be physically fit, reliable and able to work well as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential. Pay is £13.38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling including lifting.
• Good attention to detail when checking orders.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing and organising orders for dispatch
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving and handling stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and keeping the work area organised
• Following instructions from the Warehouse Operations Manager
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are completed on time
