Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting Production Operatives for a modern, high-performance food manufacturing site in Lowestoft. This is long-term work with a 2-week intensive training programme to set you up for success.

We offer weekly pay, 8- or 12-hour shifts, and on-site support. You must travel to Lowestoft daily and be ready to start within 7 days of interview. This is a full-time temporary position with immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Experience with machinery, quality checks or packaging.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene & safety.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-moving environment.
• Solid communication & teamwork skills.
• Reliable time management and adaptability across changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Working at pace on a busy food production line.
• Following strict food hygiene & safety procedures.
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain top-tier standards.
• Packaging, labelling and preparing finished goods.
• Working in warm or cold departments depending on production needs.
