• Willingness to work in a busy kitchen and follow instructions from Head Chefs.

Responsibilities

• Receive training in all aspects of food preparation and nutrition.
• Work in Fuller’s Kitchens with supervision from Head Chefs and mentors.
• Attend college one day per week and perform four on-site shifts when not at college.
