Job summary

Varley is seeking an experienced Content Creator / Videographer for a three-month fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end content production from briefs and concept to shoot, direction, editing, and delivery across social, campaigns, and internal channels.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio, with a sharp eye for fashion storytelling and brand alignment. Collaboration with Brand, Creative and Social teams is essential.

Qualifications

• A proven track record creating high-quality content for fashion or luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing and storytelling.
• Experience with social-first content and short-form formats.
• Excellent eye for fashion brand storytelling and branding.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality video and imagery across social, campaigns, and internal channels.
• Own post-production including editing, audio, color, pacing, and captions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Social teams to translate briefs into engaging content.
• Advise on camera, lighting, and equipment needs; maintain high technical standards in-house.
• Work across studio, location, retail, travel, events, and campaign environments.
