ARNE is seeking a Sales Associate at Bluewater, Kent, to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will guide customers through product discovery, offer informed recommendations and ensure smooth transactions, while keeping the shop presentation on point.

The role requires energy, a customer-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with a six-month fixed-term full-time contract and start in mid-October 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-service experience.
• Confidence using a till or point-of-sale system.
• A genuine interest in fashion, product and customer experience.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and engaging customers throughout their journey in store.
• Building rapport, sharing product knowledge and making relevant recommendations.
• Supporting customers with enquiries, after-sales questions and returns.
• Staying up to date with product launches, campaigns and key trends.
• Driving sales through authentic, confident and customer-first conversations.
• Processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly.
• Supporting visual standards, replenishment and general store presentation.
• Working as one team to deliver a brilliant experience, even at the busiest times.
