Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader in retail.
• Experience in fashion/retail, footwear, accessories or premium retail is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership with coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer experience.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales performance.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive approach to retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPI performance.
• Lead, coaching and motivating the retail team to deliver results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance through effective team management.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Support stock management, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Take ownership of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure company standards, compliance and operational excellence are maintained.
