Job summary

Primark Lincoln is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support across shifts. You will help customers with sizes and purchases, keep the shop floor attractive, and process till transactions with a focus on accuracy.

The role offers flexible hours and a friendly team environment in a fast-fashion setting. The position is a fixed-term contract ending 02 January 2027, with 12–20 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Provide a fast, friendly till experience and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack deliveries and ensure pricing and presentation meet standards.
