Job summary

Ralph Lauren is offering a 12-month internship at our Watford and Cork Street, London offices. You will support the Merchandising team to ensure financial plans and seasonal strategies are executed from inception to store implementation.

Regular travel to offices is expected, with availability for a full year from August 2027. The role involves reporting, data analysis, forecasting, stock delivery coordination, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and sales

Responsibilities

• Update reports weekly, monthly, and ad hoc.
• Attend and prepare for weekly trade meetings and communicate trade messages.
• Provide data to support analysis (size, colour, performance).
• Own forecasting documents and inventory planning at style level.
• Update seasonal recodes and manage changes across seasons.
• Manage department stock delivery schedules and communicate updates.
• Assist with seasonal markdowns and store communications.
• Monitor DC inventory and optimize sell-through and stock turns.
• Execute initial product distributions and replenishments to stores.
• Visit stores to gather reports and support follow-up presentations.
• Participate in competitor visits and feed insights for improvements.
• Engage in training and development; promote process improvements.
• Build relationships with Buying, Allocations, and store teams.
