Overview

RAW Sourcing is a supplier and manufacturer of Ready-made Garments (RMG). Our own manufacturing capacity is 5,000 pieces per day (without our partner factories' capacity).

We're adding to our growing team here at RAW Sourcing Group, with various roles across our customer acquisition team at different locations. So if you're ready for your next challenge, get in touch.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop targeted sales strategies for different client segments
  • Meet clients in person — typically buyers from fashion brands and wholesalers/Importers in Europe
  • Ensure that new season development is progressed efficiently and commercially. To manage the product brief timeline & sampling status.
  • To manage department critical path by working collaboratively with the merchandising and QA teams to pre-empt issues, take preventative action and escalate where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with buying offices and decision-makers
  • Create engaging contents for social media, brand communications, and occasionally attend trade fairs. Contribute ideas for marketing growth and customer engagement
Qualifications
  • Fashion marketing and Design/creative background (bachelor's degree) preferred.
  • Excellent creative and commercial ability
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Product Development experience preferable
