Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar design role within a fashion brand or supplier.
• Strong fashion forward portfolio.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ranges in line with seasonal trends.
• Research trends, fabrics, and new techniques to ensure designs are fashion-forward and relevant.
• Create CADs, tech packs, and detailed design specs for sampling and production.
• Liaise with Buyers and present design concepts and collections.
• Work collaboratively with the in-house team including garment technologists and merchandisers.
• Maintain an awareness of key competitors, emerging trends, and high street activity.
• Travel for fabric sourcing and inspirational shopping trips when required.
• Ensure collections are delivered on time and to the required commercial standard.
