A leading UK retail partnership is looking for a Farm Shop Team Leader at Leckford Estate. In this role, you will ensure superior customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and be skilled in team management and stock ordering. ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our very own Leckford Estate as a Farm Shop Team Leader. The role of the Team Leader is to support Farm Shop & Cafe Leadership teams to deliver operational and service excellence, by engaging, motivating and leading Partners to meet daily operational requirements.
This will involve a range of tasks including the advising and serving of customers, moving and replenishing stock, carrying out housekeeping activities and handling cash and card transactions according to set Procedures. You and your Partners may be expected to work in any area of Farm Shop & Cafe to support the wider team as required and to maintain the necessary business dress and hygiene standards. To deliver the best possible service and availability through excellent customer interaction and processes; demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the customer and the business. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Salary - £12.21 - £13.86
Contract type - This is a permanent contract.
