A well-established care farm in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Farm Operations Manager to lead their operations. This role involves overseeing livestock, land management, and supporting team development, with a focus on social impact and community wellbeing. The position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and is full-time, permanent with excellent opportunities for training and personal growth.
This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship - the successful applicant will need to have a pre-existing Right to Work in the UK in order to be offered an employment contract.
