Farm Operations Manager (Care Farm).

As Farm Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of a working care farm. You\'ll be responsible for livestock husbandry, seasonal planning, and land management, while ensuring the site remains safe, productive, and inspiring for all who work and learn there. You will oversee a small team of staff and volunteers, maintain high welfare and environmental standards, and create a welcoming environment that supports personal growth and community inclusion.

Farm Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities
