Overview

REAL Success Ltd is the UK’s only specialist consultancy offering a blend of recruitment, people development, HR support, and training exclusively to the agricultural sector. Our unique training and support programmes are helping farms become employers of choice and transforming how people are led, supported, and developed in UK agriculture. We are more than just consultants; we also help with difficult family liaison, succession planning, and our clients' long-term development and sustainability.

Our farm consultants focus entirely on the people issues that farming businesses face, and they come from a variety of backgrounds within agriculture, including farm consultancy, the supply chain, and working on farms themselves.

Role

You’ll be working with some of the UK’s most forward-thinking agricultural businesses, visiting their sites, developing new opportunities and working closely with the Managing Director on key projects that are changing the industry. Your specific roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Improving staff retention, development and leadership within existing and new farming clients
  • Delivering our engaging training programmes, hands-on HR advice and support farming businesses with a variety of family & team challenges.
  • Helping business owners and managers tackle people problems, develop their teams and become better leaders.
  • Utilising your contacts to identify and secure new clients across the UK, building strong relationships with business owners and leaders.
  • Working closely with our Recruitment Team to advise clients on staff recruitment and restructuring.
  • Researching new opportunities and business growth ideas.
  • Liaising with our Finance & Operations Manager regarding ongoing work, client needs and updates.
  • Using our HubSpot CRM system & Excel trackers, inputting all relevant client data.
  • Attend relevant meetings online or at our Solihull office, as well as industry events and exhibitions.
  • Be part of a team that believes culture, leadership, and communication on the farm are as crucial as livestock, land and yield.
You are
  • Working within agriculture, either as a consultant, advisor, or employee, with a deep understanding of the issues faced by the UK farming sector.
  • Interested in people and human behaviour - how people work, what motivates them, and how to bring out their best performance.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and looking to develop yourself as a people expert in UK agriculture.
  • Confident asking questions, taking feedback, and entering new situations.
  • Able to offer general business advice and support for the farming sector.
  • Comfortable with challenge and responsibility, working directly with clients on meaningful, sometimes complex issues.
  • An excellent communicator and able to build strong relationships with clients and staff members.
  • Able to fully utilise Microsoft packages and have good written English.
  • A full UK clean Driving license
  • Proof of UK right to work
  • This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday
  • Competitive salary package DOE
  • 25 days holiday, plus your birthday each year and all bank holidays off. We also offer a loyalty bonus of an extra day’s holiday for each year you work for us, up to 30 days per year (plus bank holidays).
