A global quality assurance company is seeking a Farm Assessor to conduct Red Tractor audits across Hertfordshire, England. This part-time role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of beef, lamb, and combinable crops within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have experience in agricultural standards. You will ensure compliance and deliver assessments, providing clients with top-tier service. Flexible working hours and subcontracting terms are offered.
We are seeking someone who has experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry who can empathise and communicate with customers is crucial, alongside a farming background with exposure to Beef, Lamb and Combinable Crops.
As a Farm Assessor, you will be required to plan and conduct professional Red Tractor audits to enable the delivery of assessments and certification services that meet customer requirements. As a Farm Assessor, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing agricultural standards, ensuring farmers are fully compliant. This could be standards in animal welfare, farm assurance, health and safety, environmental legislation and many more.
Zero hours or subcontractor contract, flexible working hours, paid per audit, covering the Hertfordshire region.
