A leading motorsport organization is seeking a Fan Services Coordinator to plan and deliver exceptional spectator services at races. The role involves collaboration across departments, managing local workforce agencies, and ensuring high-quality operations in a hybrid working environment in London. Candidates should have experience in large-scale events, excellent organizational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

As a Fan Services Coordinator at Formula E, you will lead the planning and delivery of spectator services across select races, ensuring a seamless, safe, and inclusive experience. You will support the Event Experience Manager across all Public Facing services and Event Experiences onsite at the races.
Support the development of customer journey plans, reviewing crowd flows, supporting accessibility planning and crowd communications. Act as the main liaison for Spectator Services, ensuring effective planning and integration with key departments like Ticketing, Security and Event Project Management. Ensure operations adhere to local market licensing, safety and accessibility standards.
Lead relationships with local workforce agencies and local volunteer managers, defining scope and performance expectations to ensure a high-quality hybrid workforce. Develop and deliver clear, role‑specific training and briefing materials alongside local counterparts. Define and uphold global welfare standards for event personnel.
Provide direct leadership of all Front‑of‑House Fan Services operations. Coordinate with incident response teams and serve as a point of escalation for service issues. Assist in developing and executing Fan Service operations and contingency plans.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
