Family Support Worker - Nights

Lancashire | £15.59 per hour | Full-time - Nights Only | 3 on 3 off shifts (12 hour days)

Brook Street Social Care are proud to be recruiting, in partnership with a respected Family Support and Assessment Service in Lancashire, for a Family Support Worker to join their dedicated team.

You’ll support children, young people, and families through assessment and intervention, helping them build stability and positive routines. Working closely with social workers and other professionals, you’ll contribute to tailored care plans and detailed reports.

Requirements
  • 6+ months’ experience in family or social care
  • Strong communication and safeguarding skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • Preferably hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts
